A layoff story.

News this week had more hospitals laying off workers.  As in any layoff situation, the personal stories are significantly more heart wrenching than the number of job eliminations reported in the news.  As someone just beginning my career, this personal story of a hospital executive lay off is a sobering reminder of the paths life can take.
